Meva Estates was founded by Fernando Domecq with a simple brief: work with fewer homes, know every zone properly, and guide international buyers with calm, precise advice from the first conversation to signature.
After years working across property and digital projects on the Costa del Sol, Fernando built Meva for buyers who value their time as much as their taste — people who want an honest, informed shortlist, not a hundred listings and a hard sell.
