Cookie Policy
This website, operated by Rayo Web SL (Meva Estates), uses cookies to function and to remember your choices. A cookie is a small file stored on your device. The list below is the set used by WordPress, WP Residence, Complianz and, when a language control is used, Google Translate.
Types we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site and for remembering this choice. Always active.
- Preferences — saved homes, currency and measurement choices from the property theme, and a language choice. Set when you use those controls.
- Statistics — Google Analytics is not enabled, so no analytics cookies are set.
- Marketing — no advertising cookies are set.

Your choices
On your first visit a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change that choice at any time, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support. On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.
Consent
Non-essential cookies are set only after you accept them, in line with AEPD guidance. Google Analytics is not connected, so Google Analytics cookies such as _ga are not set.
