What data we collect

The data you provide through our contact and enquiry forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred location, budget and any message. We also collect technical and analytics data as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we process it, and our legal basis

1. To respond to your enquiry and guide your property search — legal basis: your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
2. To share your enquiry with collaborating real estate agencies and property developers so they can present suitable properties and follow up on your interest — legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given via the form checkbox, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. To send you relevant property information and updates, where you have consented — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Who we share your data with

With your consent, we share your enquiry data with collaborating real estate agencies and developers on the Costa del Sol so they can present properties matching your interest. These recipients act as independent controllers or as processors under written agreements with us. We also use trusted service providers (hosting, email and CRM) that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data for unrelated purposes and do not share it beyond the consent described here. A current list of recipient categories is available on request.

International transfers

Where any recipient or provider is outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Otherwise your data stays within the EEA.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to manage your enquiry and, where consented, our ongoing relationship, and thereafter only as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and request portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
